Refund Policy
At One Stop Mental Health Clinic, we are committed to providing compassionate and reliable mental health services to every patient. We understand that schedules may change, and this Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Patients may reschedule appointments without additional charges when requests are made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a late rescheduling fee or may be treated as a missed appointment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for eligible cancellations made within the required notice period.
Approved refunds will generally be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–30 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Services
Services that have already been completed are non-refundable. This includes:
- completed therapy sessions,
- psychiatric evaluations,
- medication management appointments,
- telehealth consultations,
- and other clinical services already provided.
Prepaid Sessions or Packages
If prepaid services or treatment packages are offered, any approved refund will be calculated based on services already used at the standard appointment rate. Remaining unused balances may be refunded when applicable.
Missed Appointments
Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice may be considered a no-show and may be charged the full appointment fee.
